Rates, Policies & Bookings

Rates are inclusive of a fully cooked breakfast, or continental if you wish, for a maximum of two persons per room, with tea, coffee and snacks available throughout the day.

We also offer a ROOM ONLY rate if you are interested in this option.

Corporate rates are available - please contact us directly to discuss.

Rates are in AUD, subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.

With a little notice, dinner is available each night, with the focus on traditional slow style cooking, with a leaning toward the tasty delights of the Irish, and remember, we are licensed for your convenience, our cellar is stocked with local beers and local, Australian & French wines. Please be sure to advise of any special dietary concerns.

HEATHWOOD ROOM : $190 per night.

GRIFFITHS ROOM : $175 per night.

CLARKE ROOM : $175 per night.

HOUSE PER NIGHT : $515 per night.

Please note that Briardale is not "hi -tech", we do not have satellite, cable or pay TV. You do have free wireless internet and free to air TV in your room.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. We accept cash, Visa & Mastercard.
Every effort will be made to provide your Suite of choice but we reserve the right to alter this for operational purposes.

Deposit Policy

There is usually no charge made to your Credit Card until check-in, but in some circumstances a deposit will be held. Your Credit Card details are validated as a deposit. You will be notified by email should there be a problem authorising your Credit Card to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that the best laid plans and itineraries go astray, therefore we are flexible with cancellations. We ask that you contact us to advise of any change in arrival date and we will do our best to work in with your changes, but please read & understand our "No Show Policy". Guests are advised to purchase adequate Travel Insurance.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room tariff for the number of rooms booked plus an administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Please note that children are welcome at Briardale but can only be accommodated in the existing bedding arrangements, ie, one Queen size bed per bedroom and will be charged at the appropriate rate. No other bedding is available for children. Our Suites cater for a maximum of 2 persons per room. Children must be under supervision at all times.

Other Conditions

Briardale has a "No smoking" policy within the house.
Guests are requested :-
Not to increase the number of guests in their party without approval from your hosts.
Not to cause any damage to any property, fittings or fixtures.
Not to hold any party or function without consent of your hosts.
As a guest you are liable for and indemnify us against all loss or damage , including legal costs on a full indemnity basis, incurred or suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our Property by you or any of your guests.
You will be required to provide valid credit card details on arrival. This will authorize your hosts to debit your credit card to recover the cost to us of any of the above. Your credit card may be debited without prior notification to you.
Payment of a deposit upon booking a room is acknowledgement & acceptance of these terms and conditions.
