Briardale House is undoubtedly one of Alburys finest homes. Located in a quiet   Northern area of Albury, NSW, Australia, Briardale is the ideal hub for exploring our historic city and surrounds. Our home is situated on the original grounds of Briardale Orchard, established in the early 1900s by the Heathwood Family - the orchard area is now known as Heathwood Park, with mass replanting of many varieties of Eucalypt and Acacias, which has re-introduced the local birdlife to the area. This is such a lovely place to wander, especially along the untouched Bungambrawatha Creek which winds its way through the park. This quiet and delightful area is a must for the photographer and the happy wanderer, why not relax, take time, unwind.

Albury, situated on the New South Wales side of the Murray River which is the border of Victoria and New South Wales, is blessed with such a unique climate -we have four very distinct seasons, with summer being dry and hot, whilst being close to some of the best snow resorts in Australia, winter can be very chilly, with temperatures being below zero for some of the day with heavy frosts -  a fine reason for staying indoors by the fire with a favourite tipple, or enjoying that brisk walk along the bicycle/walking track by the creek.  Autumn is our favourite season, with cooler days and nights, adding delightful colour changes to the trees and shrubs. On the arrival of Spring our tranquil and secluded garden unfolds to such an array of colour and fragrances, one just has to sit and admire.

Breakfast and Dinner are served in the Dining Room where tea, coffee & snacks are available throughout the day. Take tea in the garden after your arrival. Should you prefer to dine out for the evening, all arrangements can be made for you.

As our guest, you have your own entry and secure car parking - electronic controlled entry and exit ensures your privacy and security.

Briardale is ideally situated, being a short walk to major shopping centres, numerous    cafes and   restaurants ,North Albury Sports Club, Lavington Panthers Club and Albury Commercial Golf Resort. The centre of Albury is but a 5 minute drive.

Briardale House provides exclusive luxury accommodation for up to six guests in three Queen Suites. With respect to families we advise that you contact us, or visit our booking site regarding the accommodation of children, as the bedding arrangements are identical in all three suites. Briardale is not suitable for pets, carer dogs excepted.
